Job summary

Impleo is seeking a Senior 3D Technical Artist with expertise in both organic and hard-surface modeling. This fully remote position allows for flexible engagement across Latin America and involves working on cutting-edge 3D technology projects.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance immersive experiences. Responsibilities span the full 3D production pipeline, from modeling to optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D technical artist or generalist with strong expertise in modeling and sculpting.
• Strong understanding of organic and hard-surface modeling techniques.
• Experience with multiple file formats such as OBJ, FBX, and CAD.
• Strong knowledge of real-time rendering pipelines and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and artists to define project requirements and production timelines.
• Create high-quality 3D assets ensuring strong visual fidelity.
• Sculpt and optimize meshes for real-time applications.
• UV map, texture, and develop materials and shaders.
