Job summary

Simplot seeks a Seed Enablement Lead to drive seed portfolio performance and product positioning across the Southern Region. You will work with sales, agronomy, product, and commercial teams to translate agronomic data into market-ready insights and customer-focused recommendations.

This role involves field validation programs, communicating findings to stakeholders, and supporting training to improve commercial effectiveness. Remote work is possible within the Southern USA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Experience in agronomy, seed, crop inputs, retail agriculture, or related fields.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Southern Region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized seed strategies for product performance and customer adoption.
• Plan and analyze field trials, demonstrations, field days, and on-farm evaluations.
• Provide technical support and seed recommendations to sales, agronomy, and commercial teams.
• Translate field results and market data into actionable recommendations for product placement.
