Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Remote Security Vendor Specialist, North America. You will oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, and financial tracking across the region, collaborate with security, construction, and development teams, and drive cost efficiency and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation, vendor-facing, and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, and contracts across North America.
• Draft and manage SOWs and purchase orders to support security and engineering needs.
• Monitor vendor performance, invoices, and spend; build reporting dashboards.
