Qualifications

• Significant experience with security products as installer, estimator, or sales engineer.
• Templates are starting points; ensure scope language matches the actual job.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Travel to sites for site surveys as required.
• Proficient with takeoffs and design software.

Responsibilities

• Own estimates from start to finish, gathering data and delivering accurate proposals.
• Create project scopes and ensure equipment, language, and project type match the job.
• Perform material and conduit takeoffs from drawings using BlueBeam, Visio and AI.
• Verify line items, part numbers, specs, colors, quantities, and supporting components.
• Specify products per Gotcha's equipment standards and approved manufacturers.
• Assist sales with site surveys and client meetings to identify challenges.
• Document conditions, scheduling requirements, and scope provided by others.
• Develop submittal strategy to maintain expected profit.
• Coordinate with vendors and admin to keep pricing current.
• Create client-ready designs and installation guides.
