Job summary

ArmorCode is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deliver world-class SAAS customer experiences across the customer lifecycle. You will ensure deployment, adoption, and expansion, aligning product capabilities with client objectives while educating stakeholders and building champions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in a Customer Success role within security SaaS
• Knowledge of AppSec and vulnerability management domains
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP/CISSP/CISM advantageous

Responsibilities

• Maintain post-sales relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Direct deployment, adoption, and expansion with project management to monitor milestones.
• Educate and train stakeholders to utilize ArmorCode features and develop champions.
• Design automated workflows with secure best practices for AppSec and vulnerability management.
• Advocate for customer needs, handling bug reports and feature requests efficiently.
• Develop and implement a customer success strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate onboarding and value realization; manage expectations and deployment milestones.
• Build relationships with C-level to practitioners; stay informed on threats and trends.
• Monitor data hygiene and account health; diagnose issues and execute recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Sales for onsite visits to identify expansion opportunities.
• Oversee renewal processes to drive adoption and usage.
• Provide rapid feedback to Product; work with Support/Engineering to meet SLAs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and conduct quarterly business reviews.
