Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, you will lead regional outreach, qualify opportunities, and drive meetings with decision-makers, collaborating with Marketing and regional teams to grow our ICP footprint and attendance at events.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Exceptional cold calling skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse your assigned region to identify high-potential customers and security remediation challenges.
• Create and implement targeted, multi-channel outreach strategies (cold calls, emails, social).
• Proactively arrange high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and growth.
• Partner with Marketing to boost event attendance and follow up on leads.
• Accurately document and manage activities in the CRM for data integrity.
