Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or compelling alternative in CS/STEM.
• Strong drive to achieve high standards.
• Experience in security risk management, assessments or threat modelling.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Operationalise risk management across tech and orgs.
• Experience with Secure Development Lifecycle and Security by Design.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve security risk standards and playbooks.
• Analyse risk processes for effectiveness and scalability.
• Evaluate, select and implement risk tools and methodologies.
• Lead quantified risk assessments using FAIR and other models.
• Translate risk analyses into actionable business actions.
• Develop risk indicators and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with security leadership to communicate risk insights.
• Create templates and guidance for teams to manage risks.
• Launch security assessment initiatives.
• Monitor and strengthen risk processes over time.
• Contribute to security learning materials and resources.
• Promote Secure Development Lifecycle practices.
