Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a client in the United States to hire an IT and Security Generalist for a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the Head of IT and Security. The position blends IT admin, security operations, automation, and application security in a highly automated environment.

You will operate identity, endpoints, workforce tooling, and security monitoring while improving workflows and building automation.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in fast-moving IT, security operations, systems administration.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management platforms such as Okta and macOS administration.
• Some scripting experience and interest in automation tools, APIs, LLMs, and GenAI.
• Familiarity with authentication, least privilege, logging, monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity systems and macOS fleet using MDM.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Extend automation for security monitoring and reporting.
• Build automation for recurring tasks and triage workflows.
• Respond to security alerts within SLAs and document events.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation reporting.
• Participate in application security reviews and secure defaults.
• Maintain automated evidence collection for SOC 2 and HITRUST.
