Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Information Security Manager based in the United States. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building and scaling preventative security across cloud, SaaS, endpoints, identity, and data environments.

You will report to the CISO, translating broad objectives into practical strategies, controls, and implementation plans while mentoring security engineers and partnering with Engineering, IT, DevOps, Product, and Security Operations to embed security into evolving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive information security experience with hands-on enterprise controls.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud, SaaS, endpoint, identity, network, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature preventative security capabilities across cloud, SaaS, endpoint, identity, network, and data environments.
• Translate security objectives into technical requirements, controls, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and deploy security technologies including DLP, IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, monitoring.
• Continuously assess security posture, identify gaps, and drive remediation.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, DevOps, and Product to embed controls in infrastructure and initiatives.
• Develop security metrics and reporting for visibility into risk and posture.
• Develop, maintain, and test incident response playbooks and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with auditors and support compliance initiatives by providing evidence.
