Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Risk Manager to oversee the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of technology-related risks across the organization in a remote capacity (EST or PST).

You will collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to build robust risk management frameworks and ensure regulatory alignment while guiding risk decisions at the senior level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of technology risk management, cybersecurity, or information security experience.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, develop frameworks, and implement controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of technology risks across systems, apps, networks, and infrastructure.
• Analyze internal and external risk factors including threats, regulations, and industry trends.
• Develop risk models, metrics, and frameworks to quantify and prioritize risks.
• Develop and implement technology risk policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines for technology risk management and information security.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement controls and mitigations.
• Evaluate effectiveness of controls and recommend enhancements.
• Lead risk mitigation initiatives through technical solutions and training.
• Provide senior management with risk updates, reports, and dashboards.
