Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Security Researcher to join the Counter Adversary Operations Team. You will gather Latam-language eCrime intelligence across diverse environments and produce insights for CrowdStrike customers and stakeholders.

The role requires OPSEC-savvy problem solving, self-motivation, and the ability to manage concurrent projects with minimal guidance. Strong language skills in Spanish/Portuguese are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills.
• Experience navigating a wide variety of cyber threat actor environments, including social media, hidden services, and forums.
• Familiarity with eCrime groups.
• Practical knowledge of technical terminology, tools, and tactics used by eCrime actors, especially Latam-language actors.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and drive outcomes.
• Ability to adapt quickly, stay persistent, and work with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently to collect information.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect actionable, timely information on Latam-language eCrime actors to answer established requirements.
• Use OSINT tradecraft to follow leads and track actors in online communities.
• Identify current threats and trends related to Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Collaborate with teams producing threat reports and estimates on eCrime topics.
• Apply secure operational tradecraft methods in daily work.
