Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Security Researcher to join the Counter Adversary Operations Team. You will track Latam-language eCrime actors, gather actionable OSINT, and contribute to unique intelligence used by CrowdStrike customers. Strong self-motivation and OPSEC discipline are essential.

Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, OSINT expertise, and experience with Latam-language threat actors are required. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, cross-team collaboration, and meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Language capabilities including, but not limited to, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills.
• Experience in navigating a wide variety of cyber threat actor environments, to include social media, hidden services, and forums.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collect unique, relevant actionable, and timely information to answer established standing and ad hoc requirements related to eCrime actors, especially Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Leverage engagement skills and OSINT tradecraft to follow up on leads and identify eCrime threat actors and track them in various online communities.
• Identify current and emerging cyber threats and trends pertaining to eCrime threat actors, including technical information with a special focus around Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Collaborate with teams producing analytical reports and threat estimates pertaining to eCrime topics, especially Latam language threat actors.
• Employ secure virtual operational tradecraft methods and practices.
