Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a self-starting Security Researcher to join the Counter Adversary Operations Team. You will track Latam-language eCrime actors, collect timely information, and provide insights for finished intelligence products used by customers and stakeholders.

The role requires OPSEC-savvy problem solving, ability to manage concurrent projects, and proactive, detail-oriented work habits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Language capabilities including, but not limited to, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills.
• Experience navigating cyber threat actor environments including social media, hidden services, and forums.
• Familiarity with eCrime groups and terminology.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collect unique, relevant, actionable information on Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Use OSINT tradecraft to follow leads and track actors in online communities.
• Identify current and emerging cyber threats and trends related to Latam-language actors.
• Collaborate with teams producing analytical reports and threat estimates.
• Employ secure operational tradecraft methods.
