Job summary

BlinkOps is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to define how we position, launch, and tell the story of our security products in the market. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and customers, crafting messaging that helps the market understand how BlinkOps can transform security operations.

You'll partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market plans, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, customer content, and analyst relations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally at a security company.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS start up environment.
• Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B buying motions and how to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and compelling.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive multiple initiatives from strategy through execution, AI-first analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for BlinkOps products, capabilities, and use cases.
• Develop messaging frameworks and core narratives across marketing, sales, product, and customer channels.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and capabilities.
• Create and maintain sales materials including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, product overviews, and other assets.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into improved messaging and enablement.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform positioning and sales readiness.
• Lead analyst engagement and track industry reports to support Blink’s market presence.
