Job summary

Salient Systems is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will own the portfolio narrative and drive go-to-market across sales, partners, and customers. You will shape positioning, pricing, and messaging for CompleteView and related recording platforms, ensuring clarity and consistency in demos, content, and training.

You will build enablement tools, guide pricing studies, and partner with Sales to craft compelling demo narratives.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in B2B product marketing with ownership of positioning, packaging and sales enablement.
• Experience running pricing/packaging studies and defending recommendations.
• Ability to learn from wins and losses and adapt strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Give the portfolio a clear, differentiated story through positioning and packaging.
• Build tools that help sales and partners, including a living sales deck and a credible TCO model.
• Lead major product launches with cross-functional alignment across training, content, and demand generation.
• Maintain market evidence and competitive intelligence to inform Product and Sales decisions.
• Ensure customer-facing materials stay accurate with product changes and configurations.
