You will drive strategy, mentor staff, and oversee cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, automation initiatives, and security services that support detection, response, and cyber defense.

• Able to lead and motivate technical teams while balancing priorities.
• Experience managing cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure, or engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams in cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience supporting enterprise security technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience developing operational processes for complex environments.
• Experience with cloud environments and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Security Engineering & Platform teams.
• Establish strategic direction and roadmaps for platforms.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and support their development.
• Oversee monitoring, automation, and cyber defense platforms.
• Manage infrastructure including cloud and on‑premises.
• Drive automation via orchestration, scripting, APIs.
• Ensure platforms are maintained and continuously improved.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities and migrations.
• Support incident response and security operations.
• Execute security engineering projects and vendor evaluations.
• Partner with Security Architecture for new technologies.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and standards.
• Manage workload, priorities, budgeting, and resources.
