Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure, or engineering teams.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern enterprise technology environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response technologies, or cyber defense platforms.
• Experience with scripting, automation, and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Security Engineering & Platform teams, including supervisors, engineers, and technical specialists.
• Establish strategic direction and roadmaps for cybersecurity platforms and engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal customers, technology teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and support their professional and technical development.
• Oversee administration, support, and optimization of enterprise security monitoring, automation, and cyber defense platforms.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization efforts.
• Support incident response and security operations teams through reliable platform engineering and service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology evaluations.
