Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Product Manager focused on platform security to balance protection with developer velocity at scale. You will partner with Security Engineering, Compliance, and platform teams that own auth, networking, and audit.

This is a fully remote role open to EMEA and AMER time zones. You will shape security strategy for AI agents, access models, and the unified security surface.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with a focus on security or identity/infrastructure platforms.
• Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, audit logging, and secrets management.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Security, GTM, and Compliance.
• Comfort with remote async culture and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set the security agenda for the platform and drive end-to-end roadmap.
• Balance security controls with developer experience to prevent friction.
• Lead security strategy for AI agents and how they interact with data.
• Own the security product surface including firewall, audits, and IAM primitives.
• Define unified access models (roles, permissions, tokens, OAuth, SSO, SCIM).
• Drive compliance roadmap with SOC2, HIPAA, and other standards.
• Be the customer voice for security and translate feedback into a shipped roadmap.
• Create high-quality docs to accompany code and security guides.
