Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Security Engineer to defend a fast-growing AI companionship platform as we scale. You’ll own application security, risk & compliance, and security awareness, with hands-on code reviews, audits, and incident response.

This role reports to the Security Lead in a fully remote, global team. You’ll implement monitoring, run phishing simulations, manage access, and stay ahead of AI-specific threats, collaborating across engineering, product, and legal to keep users safe while

Qualifications

• Solid experience in application security and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating security audits and penetration tests.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Ability to ship code with Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Application Security: perform code reviews, track vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation.
• GRC: maintain risk register and documentation, support audits.
• Security Awareness: communicate threats, document findings, run security training.
• Monitoring & Coverage: own security monitoring and weekend coverage of alerts.
• IT & Access Management: set up devices and manage access provisioning/deprovisioning.
• AI Security Monitoring: monitor AI threat techniques and third-party advisories.
