Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our global security operations team.

You will triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments, working to contain threats in real time for customers. You will conduct forensic analysis, malware triage, and coordinate remediation while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA or BS / MA or MS in CS, InfoSec, or related field required.
• Experience handling and coordinating incident response in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud.
• Perform forensic analysis to determine root cause and scope of compromises.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 security incidents and contain threats for customers.
• Conduct basic malware analysis to support incident triage.
• Develop improved detection and countermeasure processes.
• Deliver clear communications to customers during incident response.
• Prepare written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
