Job summary

4Liberty, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Security and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals. You will manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units, coordinating teams and processes to support execution and problem solving.

The role reports to the Director, Network Communications, and requires strong leadership in a dynamic environment with construction and low-voltage elements.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing small through large-scale technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience with voice/data, Wi-Fi, access controls, security, circuit test and turn-up.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and ad-hoc requests.
• Experience in construction phasing and low voltage dependencies in large-scale projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read construction documents, low voltage drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
• Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Develops detailed project plans, monitors milestones, and generates status reports.
• Evaluates and manages risk; incorporates quality measures into deliverables.
• Manages several project workstreams.
• Directs project progress and provides administrative guidance on execution.
• Monitors budgets and develops monthly variance reports.
• Qualifies and quantifies issues and risks; develops response plans.
