Job summary

Marigold is a fast-growing marketing technology company seeking an experienced Security Engineering Manager to lead the Security Engineering function and safeguard people, products, and infrastructure.

You will guide security strategy, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations while partnering across Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, HR, and IT to embed security into the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity with increasing responsibility and leadership.
• Expertise in security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, network and system architecture, endpoint protection, and IAM.
• Experience securing AWS or GCP and working with MSSPs.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Security Engineering team with coaching and performance management.
• Develop and maintain enterprise security strategies, standards, and controls.
• Lead security operations including incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Design and manage security technologies (SIEM, EDR, WAF, IAM) across AWS and GCP.
