Job summary

Marlabs is seeking a Security Engineer - Customer Support to be the primary contact for users of application and cloud security tools, enabling adoption and remediation. You will collaborate with application teams, cloud admins, and security stakeholders to translate security concepts into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Security Engineering, Security Operations, or related role for security tools.
• Solid understanding of application and cloud security concepts and remediation practices.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing platforms in SLA-driven environments.
• Ability to explain security concepts to non-security audiences and provide guidance.
• Familiarity with CNAPP, security scanning tools, and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage security requests via ServiceNow and ensure timely SLA adherence.
• Onboard teams to security tools with setup guidance and education.
• Explain findings, risks, and remediation steps to users.
• Provide hands-on support for tool usage and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate to improve customer experience and automate processes.
• Develop knowledge base articles, runbooks, and improve security runbooks.
