Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Security Engineering or related security-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize security requests via ticketing platforms with SLAs.
• Onboard application teams to security tools with setup guidance and education.
• Explain security findings, risks, and remediation actions to users.
• Provide hands-on support and escalate complex issues to engineering.
• Collaborate across security, engineering, operations to improve experience.
• Develop knowledge base, runbooks, and drive process improvements.
