Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Head of Security Engineering to own the security strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across our product platform and corporate environment. Reporting to the CISO, you will build and lead the Security Engineering team, shaping strategy and delivering capabilities that protect customer data and regulatory compliance.

You will guide security across AWS, Kubernetes, and modern delivery pipelines, partnering with Engineering, IT, Risk and Compliance in an entrepreneurial culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in security/software/infrastructure engineering.
• 4+ years managing technical teams.
• Experience owning a security engineering roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define multiyear security engineering strategy and quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead and grow a high‑performing security engineering team.
• Oversee secure design, testing, and CI/CD integration for product and cloud platforms.
• Partner with Security GRC, IT, Risk and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
