Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Security Engineer to protect our AI dating platform and users as we scale. You will own application security, risk & compliance, security awareness, and AI-specific threat monitoring from day one. This hands-on role reports to the Security Lead with regular prioritization check-ins.

You’ll work across governance, risk, and IT security operations, coordinating audits, monitoring threats, and enabling secure product development in a fast-moving, fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Solid application security experience including code reviews and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating or conducting penetration tests and security audits.
• Comfortable shipping code and working with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Scripting and automation skills; familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly code reviews to catch vulnerabilities before they ship.
• Track, prioritize and remediate security vulnerabilities across the stack.
• Coordinate external security audits and penetration tests; act on findings.
• Maintain and evolve the risk register and GRC documentation.
• Run phishing simulations and security training; manage security awareness.
• Own monitoring of security channels and weekend coverage.
