Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Security Engineer to protect our AI dating platform and users as we scale. You will own application security, risk & compliance, and security awareness, including monitoring and incident response.

This hands-on role reports to the Security Lead, with clear priorities and opportunities to shape security practices. You will perform code reviews, coordinate audits, run phishing simulations, and safeguard AI content with EverGuard while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Solid experience in application security (code review, vulnerability management).
• Experience coordinating or conducting penetration tests / security audits.
• Comfortable shipping code and working with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Scripting/automation skills. Bonus: familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the monitoring of security channels and alerts, including weekend coverage.
• Perform weekly code reviews to catch vulnerabilities before they ship; drive remediation.
• Coordinate external security audits and penetration tests; track findings through to closure.
• Maintain and evolve the risk register; support audit follow-up and keep documentation up to date.
• Communicate new threats; run phishing simulations and security awareness training.
