Covestic Inc. is seeking a skilled technical writer to develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including policies, standards, SOPs, and user guides. You will craft practical guides and training materials for field personnel across diverse environments.

You will collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical requirements, ensure consistency with branding, and support governance and audit readiness in a fully remote, nationwide capacity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional technical writing or technical editing experience in corporate security, compliance, or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical content for diverse audiences.
• Experience in managed services, consulting, or staff augmentation models.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management systems and governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive security documentation including policies, standards, SOPs, and user guides.
• Create training artifacts, job aids, and quick-reference materials for field personnel.
• Ensure content aligns with branding, structure, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, map workflows, and validate accuracy.
• Support repository governance, version control, and audit readiness.
