Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional technical writing or technical editing experience in corporate security, compliance, technology, or highly regulated environments.
• Translate technical controls, security data, or complex workflows into clear, actionable documentation for diverse audiences.
• Experience in a managed services, consulting, or staff augmentation model.
• Apply formal documentation standards and industry style guides.
• Partner with SMEs to extract operational details and validate accuracy.
• Familiarity with enterprise content systems (Google Workspace, Confluence, SharePoint, AODocs).

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including policies, standards, SOPs, and guides.
• Develop user guides, quick-reference materials, and training artifacts.
• Ensure content aligns with branding, architecture, and style guidelines.
• Translate complex specifications into accessible language for field personnel.
• Structure documentation to drive consistent behavior and compliance globally.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Physical Security to gather content and validate accuracy.
• Perform editorial reviews of others' documentation for precision and clarity.
• Optimize content for searchability and navigation across diverse audiences.
• Support audit readiness through documentation validation and governance.
