Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or related field.
• Completion of a university level course or project involving network monitoring, DDoS mitigation, TCP/IP, ACLs, incident analysis and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance guidelines into business requirements, technical specs and frameworks for internal teams and external assessors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand Akamai web-scale systems and guide security obligations.
• Own technical aspects of integration and support steps to go live, identifying and mitigating risks.
