Private Health Management is seeking a Security Analyst to join our InfoSec team. This hands-on role manages security operations, monitoring, access governance, vulnerability management, vendor risk, and cloud security in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will work across CrowdStrike, Okta, Microsoft 365, and other platforms, driving evidence-based security improvements, and contributing to SOC 2 and HITRUST readiness. Remote US-friendly role with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate detections and suspicious activity across CrowdStrike Falcon, Okta, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview, Zscaler, Box and KnowBe4.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities and security findings based on impact and urgency; drive remediation with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain provisioning verification, access reviews, vendor security reviews, DLP monitoring, and runbooks to improve repeatability.
• Improve detection coverage and logging across SIEM and cloud security in Azure/AKS; ensure audit-ready evidence for SOC 2 and HITRUST.
