Stelton Consulting is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-4+ years of experience to handle complex securities regulatory and commercial litigation matters. This is a fully remote opportunity offering substantial responsibility, autonomy, and professional growth.

You will handle complex litigation in state and federal courts, draft motions, take and defend depositions, conduct research, and develop litigation strategies while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with depositions and state/federal court motions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Active bar admission of any state.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Manage substantive assignments independently.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
