Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of active litigation experience.
  • Experience in class action defense, MDL, securities litigation, ERISA, patent/IP, antitrust/trade regulation, large-scale commercial disputes, or complex bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Firm background preferred; regulatory organization backgrounds considered.
  • No experience in criminal, family law, debt collection, personal injury, or insurance defense.
  • Excellent writing, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Experience taking/defending depositions and drafting federal/state motions (dismissal & summary judgment).

Responsibilities

  • Represent securities firms and financial advisors in securities regulatory matters.
  • Handle complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Take and defend depositions; draft motions including dismissals and summary judgments.
  • Work remotely within a boutique litigation team with growth opportunities.
