You will support attorneys through discovery, filings, briefs, and client communications, ensuring accurate records and efficient case management across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent credential.
• Experience with e-filing in federal and state courts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with AI programs and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with a variety of case-related tasks.
• Apply advanced knowledge of U.S. court systems and litigation processes.
• Oversee cases from inception to completion (discovery, settlement, mediation/arbitration).
• Manage document storage and filing to maintain impeccable records.
• Handle case calendaring and timelines; support attorney calendars.
