Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Secured Credit Communication Coordinator in Secured Credit Administration. The role is a full‑time, remote position within the bank’s footprint, with occasional in‑person meetings as needed.

You will liaison between customers ordering real estate valuations and the Real Estate Valuation Group, track appraisals, coordinate reviews, and support the closing team in Finance Center, while maintaining knowledge of appraisal regulations and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in Commercial Lending including processing or operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret Federal appraisal regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and users of CRE appraisal services.
• Track CRE appraisals ordered for the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360.
• Review appraisal status and request information as needed.
• Coordinate external CRE appraisal reviews through third‑party vendors.
• Input information into Finance Center and assist closing team with checklists.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Department Manager when necessary.
• Communicate with senior management, other departments, and vendors.
• Maintain basic working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations.
