Froedtert Health is seeking a SecOps Manager to lead the Security Operations Center and team, overseeing threat detection, incident response, digital forensics, and data protection across the health system's environments, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes building a proactive SecOps program, managing the CSOC function, and coordinating with the CISO on high-severity events while supporting disaster recovery and security awareness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field.
• Five+ years in security operations, incident response, or threat hunting.
• GIAC/CISSP/CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SecOps program aligning with the CISO's cybersecurity plan.
• Manage and develop the SecOps team and CSOC operations 24x7.
• Direct incident response, containment, eradication, and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee forensic investigations and evidence handling.
• Drive threat hunting and improvements to detections and tooling.
• Administer SIEM, DLP, CASB, SWG, and email security tooling.
• Develop SecOps playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor policy compliance and perform risk assessments.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity testing related to security.
