Elevance Health seeks a Director I for Cybersecurity Operations & Incident Response to lead the 24x7 SOC and CSIRT, drive incident response lifecycle, and advance security operations maturity across the organization.

Role requires BA/BS in IT/CS, 7+ years IT leadership, and strong regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS, NIST). Hybrid in-office 3 days/week with focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years IT management experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Interface with IT solution teams and vendors to coordinate incident response.
• Provide leadership briefings to CISO and senior leadership on incidents and risk.
• Oversee monitoring, triage, investigation, containment, and remediation activities.
