Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Big Four public accounting with hands-on SEC reporting experience.
• Proven ownership of 10-K and 10-Q preparation including tie-outs.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain SEC filings using a cloud-based platform.
• Develop supporting schedules and documentation for filings.
