JDA TSG is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a frontline ambassador, sourcing specialized professionals and guiding stakeholders through the hiring process. You will craft tailored job descriptions and build candidate pipelines while maintaining a transparent, candidate-focused experience.

The role emphasizes structured video interviews, real-time collaboration via Teams, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions across fast-paced programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in technology, professional services, SaaS, fintech, Microsoft infrastructure, or cloud services environments.
• Experience providing consultative guidance to hiring managers, with ability to evaluate role requirements and write candidate-facing job descriptions.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills for video interviews and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in real time with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to learn new tools and manage priorities.
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet, camera, and microphone.
• Legal authorization to work and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Consultative stakeholder partnering with hiring managers and writing tailored job descriptions.
• Proactive sourcing and talent engagement to build candidate pipelines for core programs.
• Conduct structured video interviews and provide clear next steps to candidates and teams.
