Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in technology, professional services, SaaS, fintech, Microsoft infrastructure, or cloud services environments.
• Experience providing consultative guidance to hiring managers, with ability to evaluate role requirements and write candidate-facing job descriptions.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills for video interviews and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in real time with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to learn new tools and manage priorities.
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet, camera, and microphone.
• Legal authorization to work and reside in the United States.

What You Will Do

• Consultative Stakeholder Partnering & Job Description Writing: You will collaborate directly with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to analyze role requirements, provide market recommendations, and author tailored job descriptions that attract candidate pipelines. Success is measured by hiring manager alignment, job posting conversion rates, and candidate fit during initial screens.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Engagement: You will actively identify, contact, and build relationships with technical and specialized professionals. You will continuously maintain talent pools for core programs before a position opens, measured by candidate response rates, talent community growth, and submittal speed when new requisitions launch.
• Virtual Interviews & Candidate Experience: You will use video communication platforms to conduct structured interviews that evaluate technical capabilities and provide clear next steps for candidates. Success is measured by candidate survey feedback, completed interview rates, and written evaluation notes provided to hiring teams.
• Real-Time Collaboration & ATS Management: You will maintain open, real-time communication throughout the day via Microsoft Teams to share market information and update candidate stages. Success is measured by communication response times, accurate candidate tracking, and real-time pipeline visibility within our Applicant Tracking System.

Who You Are

To feel confident and equipped from day one, you need:

• At least +3 years of recruiting experience in technology, professional services, SaaS, fintech, Microsoft infrastructure, or cloud services environments.
• Experience providing consultative guidance to hiring managers, with a proven ability to evaluate role requirements and write candidate-facing job descriptions.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to establish rapport, build trust, and conduct candidate interviews via video.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and collaborate in real time with a team throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and technical adaptability to learn new tools, manage repetitive workflows, and balance competing priorities with accuracy.
• A quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer equipped with a camera and microphone.
• Legal authorization to work and reside in the United States.
