Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, able to handle high volume.
• Internal candidates must meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.
• Conduct initial and telephone interviews with applicants.
• Assist with hiring-manager recommendations and negotiate offers.
• Source qualified candidates via internet, networks, colleges, and associations.
• Maintain accurate ATS/HRIS records and reports.
• Adhere to local hiring rules and standard ethical practices.
• Develop knowledge of job specifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
• Represent the Company professionally to candidates and providers.
