Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician 2 to support Pharmacists and patients by triaging inbound calls for Specialty Rx medications. You will perform administrative tasks, data entry, and occasional prescription entry while working remotely. Requirements include an active state license, PTCB or ExCPT certification, and 1+ year in customer service.

Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential; hours include 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in state of residence (OH, AZ, TX or FL).
• Certified by PTCB or through ExCPT.
• 1+ years in a customer service environment.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal remote supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• triage inbound calls from patients and physicians for prescription clarification
• enter prescription orders into the system
• provide telephonic support to Pharmacists and patients
• adhere to specialty Rx operational processes and programs
• meet defined call center productivity and quality metrics
• prioritize tasks within set policies and procedures
• work in a remote/work-at-home setting
• interact with team to resolve issues efficiently
