Qualifications

• New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Technician certification required on day one (Amazon will assist).
• Live and work within New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
• Remote workspace requirements met (private area, reliable internet, power).
• If in Massachusetts, active pharmacy technician license there before day one.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from customer care associates and maintain metrics.
• Make outbound calls for various functions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to CC colleagues using a consultative approach.
• Complete tickets to support the customer care group (replacements, reuploads, misc.).
• Maintain knowledge of Amazon Pharmacy rules and services/products.
• Screen and manage all help desk tasks daily.
• Act as first contact for escalated CC calls until resolution.
• Report client process data and provide decisions per SLAs; escalate as needed.
• Analyze and report QREs.
