Responsibilities

• Set up new hires with equipment, access, and accounts; first point of contact for IT issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics and data entry.
• Support operations projects and event/logistics tasks.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries from employees and vendors; support state onboarding requirements.
• Collaborate on special projects with Operations team and CEO office.
• Maintain data integrity across HR/ops tech stack (Rippling, Asana, Lever, Greenhouse).
