Job summary

The role requires excellent phone and verbal communication, strong time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4 years of customer service or outbound sales experience.
• Previous experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities

• Make and manage inbound and outbound calls/emails.
• Keep records of conversations in Gladly system.
• Send quotes to customers when needed.
• Place orders for customers when needed.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
