Job summary

Pittman & Davis is seeking a Seasonal Remote Customer Care Agent based in Texas to support customers from home. The role requires equipment pickup in Harlingen, TX and offers remote work with weekend shifts during the peak season.

Training is included and you’ll engage with Pittman & Davis and Hale Groves across the country. You will place orders, answer product questions, and maintain a professional, helpful tone while following procedures to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas and be able to travel to our headquarters to pick up equipment.
• Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum).
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Friendly, professional attitude.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Due to the short nature of our seasonal window, time off is generally not available during peak season (November–January). Applicants should be prepared to work all scheduled shifts during this time.
