Job summary

RADIX Construction is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Executives.

We offer uncapped commissions, monthly/quarterly bonuses, paid training, and a flexible remote work environment with strong earning potential. A high school diploma is required, with degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or call center environments is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with potential customers by phone and video
• Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
