You will research prospects, conduct high-volume outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and maintain CRM records to support revenue growth. OTE is $60,000–$79,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective customers within ICP.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through structured prospecting.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, challenges, timing, and fit.
• Communicate value proposition including operational efficiency and payments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage early-stage pipeline activity.
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure effective handoff.
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer pain points.
