Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Sales Development Representative to research and identify potential customers in the Supply Chain Core Markets. The SDR will generate opportunities through inbound follow-ups, outbound calls and emails to build a robust sales pipeline.

You will qualify leads, schedule appointments for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce. Travel is expected around 25% for trade shows and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong/ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven; capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales reps.
• Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Support targeted outreach campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Provide market feedback to marketing and leadership.
