Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in target markets through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead and appointment targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of prospect interactions in Salesforce.
• Support outreach campaigns with feedback on messaging.
